FOUNDER/CEO
Tokeya C. Graham, EdD is an award-winning educator, community activist, writer, and humanitarian. She uses her platform to advocate for racial equity, community development, literacy, and justice.
Dr. Graham holds an AAS degree in Human Services from Monroe Community College; a BS in English with a focus in Creative Writing from SUNY Brockport; an MA in English, and an EdD in Education Leadership with a focus in Higher Education, both from the University of Rochester. She also has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell.
YOUTH & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS DIRECTOR
Ms. Keilani Graham is engaged in our community, having volunteered at various community and political institutions. Her passion is working with youth.
Keilani Graham holds an AS in Communications/Media Studies from Monroe Community College. and a BS in Communication with a focus in Civic Engagement and Leadership with a Minor in Public Relations from SUNY Brockport. She is also trained in Social Emotional Learning and Restorative Justice.
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Mr. Kevin Graham is a skilled manager with over 25 years of leadership experience in non-profit and for-profit industries. He is a member of several community boards and advisory committees. Mr. Graham is highly skilled in Customer and Employee Relations.
In addition to leadership/management, he has expertise in ethics, energy, sustainability, and housing. Mr. Graham advocates for access for our area's most vulnerable citizens.
Kevin Graham holds a BS degree in Business from Medaille College. He also holds a certificate in Thoughtful Leadership.
SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER & LEAD EDUCATION CONSULTANT
LaToya Mañón, EdD is a researcher, Education professor, and former K-12 teacher and administrator. She is an advocate for equity for all students.
Dr. Mañón holds an AS degree in Liberal Arts with a Human Services Certificate from Monroe Community College; a BS in Social Theory, Structure, and Change from SUNY Empire State; an MA in Education (Special Education w/ focus on Language and Literacy) from Roberts Wesleyan College, a CAS, Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport, and an EdD in Counseling & Human Development w/ Specialization in Human Development from the University of Rochester.
